Leah Cramer Eaker, Operating Room Nurse, Boston, MA

Leah

Leah Cramer Eaker, our Head Nurse for Perioperative Services, is a graduate of the MGH Institute of Health Professions. Prior to joining LPS in 2016, she worked as a perioperative RN at BIDMC. Leah’s upbeat personality and true love for her profession make our surgical patients feel instantly at ease. She can put a smile on even the most nervous patient’s face. Leah is always up-to-date on the policies and procedures for office-based surgery centers. She, along with our other nurses, helps us deliver safe and outstanding patient care to all of our patients.

Jennifer Riley Senior Medical Assistant, Boston, MA

Jen

(Senior Medical Assistant) Jen has worked with Dr. Morris for 28 years and has also been at LPS since its inception. She is highly experienced and clinically superb. She assists with minor procedures, performs the tattoos for the reconstructive patients and, generally keeps the doctors on their toes. She has an incredible sense of humor and loves interacting with patients.

Lori Lima Patient Care Coordinator, Boston, MA

Lori

(Patient Care Coordinator) Lori has been with us for 19 years. She has worked with Dr. Morris’ patients during this time providing compassionate care and kindness. She is extraordinarily good at juggling Dr. Morris’ operative schedule and our patients love her! Incredibly personable, Lori always has a smile on her face. Lori has three children and is an extremely talented seamstress!

Longwood Plastic Surgery - Landa Alves, Boston, MA

Landa

Landa is our billing and precertification specialist. Landa joined Longwood Plastic Surgery in 2016. She works efficiently to ensure pre-authorizations are completed promptly while also providing effortless communication between patients and insurance providers.

Ciara Brown front desk coordinator

Ciara

Ciara Brown is a former patient access representative at the Cambridge Health Alliance for over two years. She has background knowledge of health care insurance, electronic medical records, and professional customer service skills. She loves to laugh, sing and dance along with doing anything to brighten up someone’s day. As the front desk coordinator/manager, she loves coming to work in fashionable attire.

Christine

(Nurse Manager Pre-Op and Post-Op Services) After working as an aesthetician for 6 years in the plastic surgery & medspa world, Christine decided to take another step in her career and go back to school to become a nurse. She graduated from MCPHS with her bachelors in nursing in 2019 and began working per diem at LPS as a perioperative nurse while also working at Brigham & Women’s Hospital in Boston. Christine joined LPS full time in 2022. It was an easy choice for her to become apart of the LPS family as plastic and reconstructive surgery was what drove her interest in nursing. Christine strives to make patients feel at ease and to feel comfortable in their skin during every stage of the perioperative process.

Taylor

(Nurse Manager Supplies and CPD) Taylor Wilkinson, originally from CT, moved to Boston the complete her BSN at Bay State College. Prior to Bay State, She got her bachelors of science from Franklin Pierce University where she also played lacrosse. Taylor first discovered her love for the OR when she witnessed her first surgery during clinical and now gets to fulfill her passion here at LPS.

Outside of the OR you can find her hiking, playing lacrosse or traveling.

Jennifer

Jenny joined Longwood Plastic Surgery in 2022. She is one of the lovely front desk coordinators who adores being around people as much as she adores being around animals. She is involved in animal rescue and has a pup of her own, Lola. Jenny is a very determined woman who will get the task done efficiently and assist her coworkers with difficult projects along the way. She spreads joy and positive energy throughout the office. She is a compliment to Longwood Plastic Surgery and we love to have her here on our team.

Madison

(Nurse Manager Operating Room) Maddie joined us in 2020 working per diem, until joining us full time in January 2022. Prior to LPS, she worked at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston where she met and worked with Dr. Morris. Maddie is currently in the process of obtaining her RN first assist and FNP. Maddie works wherever she’s needed but her true love is at the table assisting the surgeons. Her goal is to provide the best patient experience whether it be in or outside the OR.
