Dr. Donald Morris

Dr. Morris is Board-Certified in Plastic Surgery (with added qualification in Surgery of the Hand) and is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons. He received his plastic surgery training at the Brigham and Women’s/Children’s Hospital/Harvard program and is currently a faculty member at Harvard Medical School. Dr. Morris has extensive experience in all aspects of plastic surgery. He specializes in breast reconstruction, with a willingness to reconstruct and revise even the most difficult situations.

Dr. Terri Silver

Dr. Terri Silver (formerly Dr. Halperin) is a Board-Certified plastic surgeon and Harvard graduate, with extensive academic honors. She is a caring and patient surgeon who wants to help her patients achieve their goals. Dr. Silver is well versed and highly experienced in all aspects of reconstructive and cosmetic surgery including facial aesthetic surgery, cosmetic breast surgery, breast reconstruction after mastectomy, body contouring and non-surgical rejuvenation. Dr. Silver is also the Chief of Plastic Surgery at Mount Auburn.

Dr. Derek Daniel Reformat

Dr. Reformat is a Board-Certified plastic surgeon who feels fortunate to be practicing in a field where medicine meets art. He graduated from the New York University Wyss Department of Plastic Surgery Residency training program in New York, New York. His experience includes aesthetic and reconstructive plastic surgery, microsurgery and hand surgery. He graduated from the University at Buffalo prior to graduating from New York University School of Medicine. He brings to the greater Boston area a strong interest in many plastic surgery problems, with a wide interest in facial and torso cosmetic surgery, gender confirmation surgery, and reconstructive surgery of the face, extremities and trunk.

Blakely Plaster PA-C

Blakely Plaster graduated from the Masters in Physician Assistant Studies program of the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences after completing an undergraduate degree in nutrition. She joined Longwood Plastic Surgery in 2011. She has become an integral part of the practice being a skilled surgical assistant and an expert at facial rejuvenation with injectables. She bonds with all our patients and is the go to for patient education and support.

CAILY IRWIN PA-C

Caily Irwin graduated from the Masters in Physician Assistant studies at Rutgers University after completing her undergraduate degree in Biology.  She joined Longwood Plastic Surgery in 2019. Caily was initially drawn into the field of Plastic Surgery by her love for women’s health; she has a passion for breast reconstruction and continues to develop her interest through connecting with and treating patients.  She has become a vital surgical assistant and continues to expand on her abilities with injectables and non-invasive procedures.

Jeanelle Garcia

(Billing Manager) Jeanelle has been our Billing Manager for over 5 years. She is a one-woman show who enjoys a technical challenge! She handles all of the billing and helps out wherever needed. Originally from Cambridge, Jeanelle has a strong interest in art, including fashion design. She has a degree from RISD in Fine Arts and Industrial Design. In her spare time, she loves to travel and cook.

Debbie Malvesti

(Office Manager) Debbie has worked with Dr. Morris for 28 years and has been with Longwood Plastic Surgery, or LPS, since its inception. Detail oriented and highly organized, Debbie functions not only as a superb office manager but as den mother as well. She manages the daily functioning of the office with great aplomb. She loves to cook and even spoils the office with her amazing chocolate cakes!

Evelyn Dusaban

(Operating Room Nurse Manager) Evie is nothing short of a total delight. She recently was awarded the “Light of the World” award by the Boston Archdiocese for her never ending upbeat personality and for the care she has provided to the less fortunate. We are so lucky to have her running our surgical suite. She comes from a family of nurses including her husband and one of her daughters.

(Patient Care Coordinator) Jane has had 21+ years of experience in the field of plastic surgery and over 25 years in medical settings. Enthusiastic and knowledgable, Jane is always willing to answer your questions! She has done a great job as Dr. Halperin’s patient coordinator. She and her husband have a beautiful daughter now entering the 5th grade. In the very few spare moments she has, she enjoys the beach and making jewelry.

Jennifer Riley

(Senior Medical Assistant) Jen has worked with Dr. Morris for 28 years and has also been at LPS since its inception. She is highly experienced and clinically superb. She assists with minor procedures, performs the tattoos for the reconstructive patients and, generally keeps the doctors on their toes. She has an incredible sense of humor and loves interacting with patients.

Lori Lima

(Patient Care Coordinator) Lori has been with us for 19 years. She has worked with Dr. Morris’ patients during this time providing compassionate care and kindness. She is extraordinarily good at juggling Dr. Morris’ operative schedule and our patients love her! Incredibly personable, Lori always has a smile on her face. Lori has three children and is an extremely talented seamstress!

(Medical Assistant/Scrub Tech) Idalia joined the team in 2013 as our Senior Scrub Tech. She originally comes from Brazil and loves being in the OR. She fits right in at LPS. She lives with her husband and 2 children.

Leah Cramer Eaker

A graduate of MGH Institute of Health Professions, with a bachelor of nursing degree, Leah Cramer Eaker has been a practicing operating room nurse for the past 8 years, having spent most of those years at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston. Leah has been with Longwood Plastic Surgery since 2016 where she works with patients throughout the surgical experience. Leah loves working in this environment where patients appreciate her competence, as well as her comforting and upbeat personality
