Dr. Morris is Board-Certified in Plastic Surgery (with added qualification in Surgery of the Hand) and is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons. He received his plastic surgery training at the Brigham and Women’s/Children’s Hospital/Harvard program and is currently a faculty member at Harvard Medical School. Dr. Morris has extensive experience in all aspects of plastic surgery. He specializes in breast reconstruction, with a willingness to reconstruct and revise even the most difficult situations.
Dr. Reformat is a Board-Certified plastic surgeon who feels fortunate to be practicing in a field where medicine meets art. He graduated from the New York University Wyss Department of Plastic Surgery Residency training program in New York, New York. His experience includes aesthetic and reconstructive plastic surgery, microsurgery and hand surgery. He graduated from the University at Buffalo prior to graduating from New York University School of Medicine. He brings to the greater Boston area a strong interest in many plastic surgery problems, with a wide interest in facial and torso cosmetic surgery, gender confirmation surgery, and reconstructive surgery of the face, extremities and trunk.
With an eye for detail, a passion for exceptional and compassionate patient care, Dr. Haddad is excited to bring his extensive skillset and background to the patients of the Boston area and beyond. Dr. Haddad completed his general surgery training at the Brigham and Women’s Hospital/Harvard Medical School. He is certified by the American Board of Surgery. Dr. Haddad completed further training in plastic and reconstructive surgery at the Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center/Harvard Plastic Surgery.
Dr. Vieira calls Boston home after over a decade of education and training at the nation’s most prestigious academic institutions. She specializes in in aesthetic and reconstructive procedures of the face, breast and body, with an added interest in facial balance and rejuvenation. She has extensive experience in breast and body contouring procedures, including breast augmentation, breast reduction, breast lift, liposuction, and tummy tuck surgery. Dr. Vieira is passionate about empowering women and devoted to helping her patients feel confident and beautiful in their own skin.
Blakely Plaster graduated from the Masters in Physician Assistant Studies program of the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences after completing an undergraduate degree in nutrition. She joined Longwood Plastic Surgery in 2011. She has become an integral part of the practice being a skilled surgical assistant and an expert at facial rejuvenation with injectables. She bonds with all our patients and is the go to for patient education and support.

There, she trained with multiple general and plastic surgeons in both in and outpatient settings, giving her a holistic educational background in treating a variety of conditions that may require plastic and reconstructive surgery. She joined Longwood Plastic Surgery in 2023. With a special interest in assisting in gender affirmation surgeries as well as oncologic and abdominal wall reconstructions, Julie is excited to continue to expand her breadth of knowledge and surgical skills with her team!
Learn MoreLeah Cramer Eaker, our perioperative nurse manager, is graduate of MGH Institute of Health Professions. Prior to joining LPS in 2016 she worked as an perioperative RN at BIDMC. Leah's upbeat personality and true love for her profession make our surgical patients feel instantly at ease. She can put a smile on even the most nervous patient's face. Leah is always up to date on the policies and procedures for office based surgery centers. She, along with our other nurses help us to deliver safe and outstanding patient care to all of our patients.
(Senior Medical Assistant) Jen has worked with Dr. Morris for 28 years and has also been at LPS since its inception. She is highly experienced and clinically superb. She assists with minor procedures, performs the tattoos for the reconstructive patients and, generally keeps the doctors on their toes. She has an incredible sense of humor and loves interacting with patients.
(Patient Care Coordinator) Lori has been with us for 19 years. She has worked with Dr. Morris’ patients during this time providing compassionate care and kindness. She is extraordinarily good at juggling Dr. Morris’ operative schedule and our patients love her! Incredibly personable, Lori always has a smile on her face. Lori has three children and is an extremely talented seamstress!
Landa joined Longwood Plastic Surgery in 2016. She works efficiently to ensure pre-authorizations are completed promptly while also providing effortless communication between patients and insurance providers.
Taylor Wilkinson, originally from CT, moved to Boston the complete her BSN at Bay State College. Prior to Bay State, She got her bachelors of science from Franklin Pierce University where she also played lacrosse.
After working as an aesthetician for 6 years in the plastic surgery & medspa world, Christine decided to take another step in her career and go back to school to become a nurse.
Jenny joined Longwood Plastic Surgery in 2022. She is one of the lovely front desk coordinators who adores being around people as much as she adores being around animals.
Maddie joined us in 2020 working per diem, until joining us full time in January 2022. Prior to LPS, she worked at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston where she met and worked with Dr. Morris.
