How Long Does A Typical Treatment Take?
Like many dermal injections, patients can expect to undergo a Radiesse® treatment in a single in-office visit– in fact, you can get Radiesse® done over your lunch break or anytime during your busy schedule. Radiesse® is also infused with lidocaine to make for a quicker, more comfortable procedure.
What Results Will I See?*
With Radiesse®, you can see an instant lift immediately after the procedure. While there is some initial swelling that may hinder the appearance of the results, it will subside over several hours or several days depending on the patient and robustness of the treatment. The calcium-based formula will stimulate collagen production upon being absorbed by the body, resulting in long-lasting effects. The effects of Radiesse® can be seen for over a year after the procedure, helping to slow down the volume loss associated with aging and keeping your skin radiant.
Is There Any Downtime?
Because of the non-surgical nature of the injection-based treatment, there is no downtime associated with Radiesse®. There are few, if any, side effects– allergic reactions are highly improbable. Some swelling, redness and tenderness may occur immediately after the procedure but will subside quickly.
