Have you been looking for a dermal filler that can correct even deep wrinkles and last for years? Sculptra® can do all that and more with a unique formula that stimulates collagen production. By improving your skin’s collagen, Sculptra® adds a natural volume that lasts longer than most other types of dermal fillers.

What is Sculptra®?

Sculptra® is FDA-approved to treat mild to severe lines, wrinkles, and deep facial folds. Sculptra® uses poly-L-lactic acid, a molecule that occurs naturally in your body. As a biostimulant, this injectable treatment triggers cells to produce more collagen. This protein gives skin support, structure, and volume, but it fades with age. More collagen leads to smoother, more youthful-looking features.

How Much is Sculptra®?

Pricing for Sculptra® is usually given as a cost per vial. You may need more than one vial, depending on your treatment plant. The cost of Sculptra® can range from $800 to $2700, but the average is between $800 and $1000. Factors that will affect your cost include:

  • Number of vials needed
  • Your location
  • Your provider’s skill and experience

At LPS, you can expect to pay approximately $1000 per vial of Sculptra®. We will assess how much Sculptra® you may need during your consultation and give you an accurate estimate. One advantage of Sculptra® is that it lasts longer than other fillers, increasing your time between treatments.

What is Sculptra® Used For?

We use Sculptra® for lines and wrinkles, deep folds and creases, and to correct volume loss. As we lose collagen with age, some parts of the face lose volume, leading to a hollow, less youthful appearance. This volume loss can also lead to lines, wrinkles, and folds. Sculptra® works for most lines and wrinkles, especially deep or challenging ones. Sculptra® can help you if you want to restore volume around the eyes, plump the cheeks, or contour the jaw.

Dermal Filler Consultations Available

We may use Sculptra® as part of a liquid facelift, particularly if you have severe lines and wrinkles. Sculptra® works alone or with other dermal fillers to produce a natural-looking lift and soften wrinkles. A liquid facelift will not produce the same results as a surgical one, but it has little or no recovery time.

What Results Will I See With Sculptra®?

You may start to see results after a few weeks. Collagen will continue to develop for four to six months. Unlike most dermal fillers, Sculptra® and the resulting collagen can last up to two years. Maintenance treatments can keep collagen production at more youthful levels to keep your skin looking full and smooth as often as every 3 months.

Am I a Good Candidate For Sculptra®?

The active ingredient in Sculptra® is FDA-approved for safety, and most people make good candidates. Your LPS provider will review your medical history to ensure you are a good candidate, and Sculptra® will work for you.

I was recommended to Dr. Morris through my doctor at BID-Needham. Due to prior surgeries, I had some issues and Dr. Morris is the best. He has done a fantastic job with my abdomen core and I feel and look fantastic.
